Britney returned to the stage with an undercover performance at the House of Blues in San Diego last night. Performing under the name, The M+M's, Britney gave her fans what they've been craving -- good ol' hits like "Toxic" and "Slave 4 U." She wore a brunette wig and a hot pink, belly baring top with a denim skirt and white boots and a plaid skirt with a white top in another costume change. Britney and her four dancers went on stage around 10 pm PT and performed four songs in about 15 minutes and her fans went wild!

In this clip we catch Britney and her son Sean Preston, leaving Millenium Dance Studio on the afternoon of April 30th. After leaving the dance studio she stops at on of her favorite drive-thru's, that's right none other than Carl's Jr.

Our cameras caught Britney XCLUSIVELY when she went on a date Saturday night with fellow rehabber and singer, Howie Day! (You might recognize him from our xclusive pix of the pair playing tennis at Promises.) Photogs say the pair met up at restaurant The Bridge (a favorite of Brit's) before going by clubs Parc, Element, Les Deux and finally stopping at Teddy's. The two went home together, where Howie spent the night with Brit!

After a hard day of dancing (rehearsing?), Britney stopped by her favorite fast food haunt, Del Taco, Saturday night. Britney looked visibly annoyed as she waited for her food, and when we asked her about whether or not she would be performing at the HOB this week, she first said "I don't know", then when we asked again, she shooshed our photog!

Britney made a stop at her Malibu Mansion Saturday, which is currently on the market. We asked her whether or not she's going to be performing at the HOB next week, but Brit just looked like she had no idea what we were talking about! She spent some time being shown around the grounds of the house she shared with Kevin before jetting off to the Millennium Dance Studio in her convertible, where she lost her hat! A paparrazzo handed her a cap to keep her (fake) hair in place. Brit took a break from dancing to do a little shopping at the Naked Baby Boutique, before returning to Millennium for more dancing (rehearsing?).

X17 was on location as Britney Spears continued perfecting her dance routine at the Millennium Dance Studios during the last weekend in April.
