February 20, 2010: We spotted Dakota Fanning celebrating her sixteenth birthday a little early with friends at Villa Blanca Restaurant. Her actual birthday is Feb 23. Dakota looked really happy and was wearing a very grown up outfit! We also caught up with her teacher who told us that Dakota is a straight A student.
