Is it better to run in a drizzle in the 50s/60s or on a partly cloudy day in the mid 50s?cool is good. rain is alright. just make sure to keep stretching and your muscles warm!!any weather that is good to you but the worst weather is windy because your body has to work harder to run threw it.Its really just what you prefer. I like it when it is sunny and its not too hot with a breeze. Wind and heavy rain arent good for running in.Well Ive found out I run better when its freezing out ( 47-60) (thats for cross country of course). As for track I like it when its warm out like around 78-85 and sunny not one cloud in sight.
