September 27th, 2010: Dina and daughter Ali were spotted out and about Monday afternoon. The photographers asked them both repeatedly about Lindsay and whether she would be going to a rehab soon, but both remained tight-lipped. They were spotted at Lindsay's apartment and driving around, and Dina did dinner with a friend at Il Piccolino.

July 16th, 2010: Dina Lohan was spotted leaving the rehab where Lindsay is staying Friday afternoon. As she walked to her ride, our photographer told her she was looking more like a California girl, to which she replied, "New York." When asked if she thought Shapiro could keep Lindsay out of jail she remained tight-lipped.

July 15th, 2010: Dina Lohan was spotted leaving the rehab facility where Lindsay is staying Thursday afternoon. She was spotted again Thursday night returning to the facility. When a photographer asked Dina to give Lindsay his best wishes, she said, "I will, thank you."
