X17 Xclusive - August 12th, 2010: Ellen Degeneres and Portia de Rossi were spotted Thursday afternoon and the photographers asked them whether or not Portia would be taking Ellen's last name now that Proposition 8 is getting revoked. Hilariously, the photographers and Ellen joked about the name of the show she quit ("American Idol," guys!) Ha!

February 19th, 2010: Ellen DeGeneres was spotted entering a studio Friday afternoon. The photographer asked her how she liked working with Simon, but Ellen ignored him and kept walking.

X17 Xclusive - December 28th, 2009: The photographers caught up with Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi leaving Lead Apron Monday afternoon. They tried to ask Ellen about her New Year's plans, but she didn't understand the question.

October 2nd, 2009: The paps caught up with Ellen and Portia de Rossi Friday afternoon. The pap asked Ellen if she had been practicing her singing for American Idol, to which she responded, "Ah, yes." When asked how she liked her Porsche she said, "I enjoy it very much!"

When asked to comment on former American Idol judge Paula Abdul's song and dance impersonation of her replacement at the VH1 Divas show this week, Ellen told our photographer, "I thought it was very, very funny."
