August 12th, 2010: Hilary Duff and her sister Haylie got their nails done at The Painted Veil in Encino Thursday afternoon. 'In Touch' says Duff and her hockey-player fiance Mike Comrie will wed this weekend at the beautiful San Ysidro Ranch in Santa Barbara.
