Monday, April 4, 2011 - Heidi Montag was photographed out for lunch with friends at Cafe Med in West Hollywood today, and of course there was a camera crew on hand! Heidi was filmed having lunch with a group of people, one of whom was former Bachelor Jake Pavelka and the other looks like Real Housewives of New Jersey star Danielle Staub.

Wednesday, September 1, 2010: Karissa Shannon and boyfriend Sam Jones III were spotted attending OK! Magazine's 5th Anniversary party at La Vida, the same day that it was reported that Spencer Pratt has decided against releasing the sex tape of Shannon and his estranged wife Heidi Montag. October 31, 2009: We spotted Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag shopping for lingerie and cowboy boots in West Hollywood. Heidi got excited by the dominatrix costumes. Later they had lunch at Il Pastaio Restaurant where we caught Heidi feeding Spencer. Both took turns taking video of all the photogs watching them with their camera phones.
