August 24th, 2009: James Avery was spotted at the Mandarin Hotel Monday afternoon. He arrived in a wheelchair, apparently he injured his foot. He joked with the paps as he was wheeled into the hotel.

May 21st, 2009: The paps caught up with James Avery Thursday afternoon. You know, Phillip Banks from "The Fresh Prince of Bel Air!" He was spotted having an intense discussion with a friend over lunch.
