September 23, 2009 - Dancing With the Stars partners Aaron Carter and Karina Smirnoff were surrounded by a frenzy of fans and photogs as they dropped by Millions of Milkshakes to create a few signature shakes. Aaron Carter told us that he plans on winning this season, and Karina Smirnoff let photogs sample her chocolatey concoction.
