Magazine's 5th Anniversary party at La Vida, the same day that it was reported that Spencer Pratt has decided against releasing the sex tape of Shannon and his estranged wife Heidi Montag. Sam claimed, "Spencer shied up after he heard about that cage fight." And following her embarrassing nipple slip on the red carpet, Karissa told us "we didn't have time to stop and get boob tape."
