March 5, 2010: We spotted Kate Gosselin's "Dancing With the Stars" partner Tony Dovolani this morning in Manhattan. When asked if Kate is picking up the steps quick, Dovolani responded, "Kate is definitely picking up the steps quick... she's got the right attitude; she's enjoying this competition."
