October 30th, 2008: Tom reunites with Katie and Suri for New Year's Eve. They leave the theater together and they split on the way home. Katie arrives alone with Suri in her NYC apartment. Apparently, Tom stopped somewhere around 42nd Street and 9th Avenue on the way home.
