November 16th, 2009: Kelly Osbourne and mother Sharon were spotted leaving Sur Monday night. Kelly had her dog Sid with her and she talked about DWTS. She said she had worked so hard she "could hardly walk," and that if she won she would be, "the happiest girl in the world!"
