January 30, 2010: Kelly Osbourne looked adorable when we spotted her leaving Intermix with her Pomeranian puppy, Sid, wearing horn-rimmed glasses, a black headband and a black mini-dress. Sid was a gift from Kelly's parents for her 25th birthday in October.
