Wednesday October 19th, 2011: Kiefer Sutherland was seen leaving Madeo restaurant after having dinner with friends in West Hollywood, CA.

X17 Xclusive - November 1, 2009: We spotted Kiefer Sutherland spending over 5 hours at Madeo dining and drinking with friends. When the restaurant closed, he and his party continued to smoke and drink on an outside patio. Kiefer got silly making tongue faces and fake-punching his male friend, and looked like he could barely hold his wine glass. When they left the restaurant at around 1am, Kiefer looked like a very happy drunk.

X17 Xclusive - September 10, 2009: Kiefer Sutherland was spotted leaving El Bar in Hollywood at closing time. It looks like the actor is still drinking even after an his head butting incident earlier this year that left Proenza Schouler designer Jack McCollough hospitalized. Sutherland's driver wasn't happy about the cameras awaiting his boss outside of the bar.

Tuesday, September 25th: Paris could use to take a cue from Kiefer Sutherland, who rode in a limo to visit his lawyer and receive his ACTRA Award of Excellence from the Canadian Consulate after being arrested for a DUI the day before. Interesting enough, he is repped by the same lawyer who represents Lindsay Lohan.

All the SAG Awards winners may have been out celebrating at Ago last night, but the most eye-catching performance had to go to Andy Dick! As we watched 24 star Kiefer Sutherland make his way through the crowds of autograph hounds to his car, Dick swooped in out of nowhere and, uh, failed to behave like a gentleman - first he draped himself over his "best friend", then he started demanding to see a photo of himself to sign, and finally he tried to climb into Kiefer's limo!
