November 13th, 2009: Kourtney Kardashian was out to lunch with friends at Il Pastaio Friday afternoon. Afterward, the group walked to Planet Blue for some shopping. Along the way Kourtney was asked if she had a name picked out for the baby, but Kourt remained tight-lipped.
