Friday, September 3, 2010: Cops were called to El Compadre Restaurant in the evening while Lindsay Lohan dined inside with assistant Eleonore and friends. With all that manpower, Lohan managed to dodge photographers while Eleonore left with a few of her friends. Later in the evening paramedics were seen arriving to Lindsay's apartment building and leaving with an empty stretcher.
