The star seemed flattered by the massive volume of attention from the independent press while stoipping at H&M and RVCA. Police Officers were on hand, but did not take the star into custody, if even for her own protection.

Tuesday, September 21, 2010: Lindsay Lohan was spotted dining at The Iza Kaya and getting Pinkberry with sister, Ali and brother, Michael Jr. in Los Angeles, CA. Lindsay stayed mum when asked if she was ready for her probation violation hearing on Friday, but told her fans, "God bless."

September 20th, 2010: Lindsay Lohan was spotted with her assistant at Raya Salon Monday afternoon. She was swarmed by paparazzi trying to get a shot of the starlet who now has a warrant out for her arrest. She did a pretty good job of hiding in the backseat.

X17 Xclusive - September 20th, 2010: Lindsay has not turned herself in yet, in spite of the fact that the judge has revoked her probationary status. She was spotted riding around with her sister Ali and her assistant Monday afternoon. When she saw photographers she hid in her seat.

Friday, Septeber 17, 2010 - Lindsay Lohan went to a photo shoot today in Culver City just as reports broke claiming she may have to return to jail for 30 days after violating her probation by testing positive for cocaine last week. Lohan did not comment to X17 photographers about the reports.
