X17 Xclusive - June 26th, 2010: Lindsay Lohan was spotted at her apartment just before she and some friends left for the "Electric Daisy Carnival" in downtown Los Angeles Saturday night. Two guys showed up to join her, and they were driven downtown around 1 am to a seedy area near 41st and Hoover. Lindsay was seen leaving nearly one hour after she arrived. She was taken by golf cart to her vehicle and she tried to cover up. Lady Victoria and the guy also got in the car.

June 24, 2010: Lindsay Lohan was spotted at Voyeur nightclub Thursday night, partying with friends new and old – ie Lady Victoria and Courtenay Semel. On her way out of the club, LiLo was seen licking on a lollipop. Could she be trying to cut down on smoking? (several angles)

When asked about the tattoo, Lindsay said that she "didn't get one actually, my friend did," and then was tight-lipped when asked if she was bitter about being set up to look late on Bravo's "Double Exposure."
