She gave us the low-down on her friend Nick Prugo who has been accused of robbing both Lindsay Lohan and Audrina Patridge. Tess was spotted with Nick and Drake Bell at the Roosevelt a few nights ago.

X17 Xclusive: October 15, 2009: We spotted Lindsay going to Right On Programs drug prevention center in Glendale. She is back in town after her Ungaro assignment in Paris because of allegations that she has violated the terms of her probation following her cocaine possession and DUI in 2007.

September 22nd, 2009: Lindsay and Ali were spotted at LAX Tuesday afternoon, both dressed almost entirely in black. Sam was also spotted putting her luggage into a car, but perhaps made separate flight plans.

Sunday, September 21, 2009 - Lindsay Lohan was frustrated with photographers as she attempted to make her way into an Emmys after-party last night. She got so upset she threw a can of beer at photographers, who then chastised her for having alcohol in the car.

September 19th, 2009: The paps caught up with Lindsay Saturday afternoon. She was spotted first at Boa, and later entering Largo.

Monday, Sept 14th: Lindsay Lohan, Mischa Barton and many other celebs were in attendance at the Marc Jacobs After Party for his fashion show in NYC.

September 7th, 2009: The paps caught up with Lindsay and Ali Lohan at the airport Monday afternoon. Lindsay wore a black hat and was tight-lipped as she made her way from the car and into the airport.
