X17 Xclusive: Wednesday July 2nd: Lindsay Lohan and GF Samantha Ronson started celebrating earlier in the day with the special purchase of those matching bracelets at Cartier. July 2nd, 2008: After having lunch with friends at La Scala, the group heads over to Cake And Art to pick out Lindsay's cake. They swing by Sam's before finally ending up at Lindsay's house, where the festivities presumably began. Then at night they head over to Magnolia and meet up with Ali Lohan and Dina Lohan. After that, everyone heads over to Roosevelt Hotel Hollywood.

July 02, 2008: Lindsay Lohan, GF Samantha Ronson and a friend spend some quality time at Cartier and XIV Karats Ltd. on Wednesday. They get matching bracelets and the sales lady helps both of them put them on in the store. Is this a new promise ring? Our birthday girl seems a bit annoyed by all the flashing lights but a couple rounds of jewelry shopping did bring a smile to her face.

July 1st, 2008: Lindsay and company were back on set to continue filming 'Labor Pains' Tuesday. They worked into the night, and Lindsay kept her body going by smoking cigarettes. It must have been a long day, though, because as they return to the parking lot to leave, they tell the pap filming them that it's, "...not a good time." Considering their general lack of enthusiasm towards the paps, something particularly bad must have gone down to make this any less of a good time than any other.

June 30, 2008: Lindsay Lohan, Samantha Ronson and friend all on the set of "Labor Pains" on Monday.

June 28th, 2008: The paps caught up with Lindsay Saturday afternoon getting her shop on. She started at Barneys New York and moved on to Balenciaga. Finally, she and Sam went to a friend's house.

June 27, 2008: Lindsay Lohan declines to comment on the rumors of her illegitimate half-sister. She keeps it 100% business on the set of her latest project. Samantha Ronson is nearby to share cigarettes on breaks. Look closely for starlet Tracee Ellis Ross.

June 26th, 2008: The paps caught up with Lindsay still on set filming 'Labor Pains' Thursday afternoon. Today they had a long day, that went into the night, and in spite of it Lindsay seemed to be somewhat more tolerable of the photogs. Maybe she's just giving in a little, finally?
