January 16, 2010: We spotted Lindsay wearing a cute white dress as she arrived post-red carpet time (11pm) to The Art of Elysium's 3rd Annual Black Tie Charity Gala Heaven at the Beverly Hilton. Earlier in the evening we spotted her mother, Dina Lohan arriving at Lindsay's apartment with friends.
