July 20, 2010: Lindsay Lohan left her West Hollywood apartment with on-again lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley, and headed to the Beverly Hills Courthouse to face a potential 90-day stint in jail. Lindsay was accompanied by her mother, Dina and sister, Ali.
