July 23, 2009 - A swarm of fans and media gathered to watch Lindsay Lohan, who arrived several hours late, create her signature flavor at Millions of Milkshakes in West Hollywood. She grabbed an X17 videographer to assist her to work her way through the crowd. Once inside she got behind the counter, put on an apron and gloves, and got to work. Her "Lindsay Lohan Shake" is a combo of vanilla and chocolate ice cream with Oreo cookie crumbs.
