Tuesday, June 21, 2011 - Celebrity attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan arrives to BOA Steakhouse and gives his two cents on Lindsay Lohan making money by giving interviews and doing ads while under house arrest. He had this to say: "If she can help the economy, I'm all for it. I don't know if there is any prohibition not to do that, but I think your punishment is not being able to have your freedom going around."

Saturday, January 7, 2011: We spotted attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan outside of BOA Steakhouse, and as always, he was happy to discuss a high-profile celebrity case. When asked about the preliminary hearing for Michael Jackson's doctor, Dr. Conrad Murray, Kaplan said "At a prelim it's pretty tough for a court not to find that there is at least probable cause to believe something occured," and that, "not calling 911 could be [gross negligence]."

Monday, November 8, 2010: We spotted lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan leaving Madeo where briefed us on several clients. About a potential DNA test from MJ's dermatologist, Dr. Arnold Klein, Kaplan said, "At this point it's illegal the inclusion about the paternity, it wouldn't matter what the DNA test would show." And when questioned about Kevin Federline and Britney Spears, Kaplan said, "Everything is smooth because if I haven't heard from them... sometimes no need for your lawyer means things are going well."

January 21st, 2010: Mark Kaplan was spotted at Madeo Thursday night and discussed the case tomorrow, saying that press would not be allowed in and that he wasn't sure if Brit was going to show. Jokingly, a photographer then asked Mark if he knew who killed Tupac!

October 2nd, 2009: Mark Kaplan was spotted at STK Friday night and the paps spoke with him about Brit's Australian tour. When asked what he thought about Kevin on Celebrity Fir Club he said, "I think it's gonna be great. I think he's gonna be really focused on it, and kick his own butt.
