Dr. Conrad Murray, Michael Jackson's personal physician at the time of his June 25 death last year, will NOT turn himself in to police today, according to his attorney J. Michael Flanagan. Flanagan tells X17 the DA's office has not been in contact with him regarding reported involuntary manslaughter charges being filed against his client Dr. Murray.
