X17 Xclusive - February 17, 2010: We spotted Michael Lohan with girlfriend Kate Major spending some time in Los Angeles. When asked about how daughter Lindsay Lohan is doing, Michael commented, "...when she's back to acting then we'll know she's doing better." And when asked if she needs another stint in rehab, he said, "Lindsay just needs to get her life back in order." He also talked about training for Celebrity Boxing and professional wrestling charity events, and gave Kate a smooch for the camera.
