March 27th, 2010: Miley Cyrus was spotted arriving at the Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards 2010 Saturday afternoon. The Jonas Brothers arrived shortly after and signed autographs for fans, as did Katy Perry. Rihanna was briefly spotted, as were several other celebs.
