February 16th, 2010: Mischa Barton was spotted at Byron & Tracey Tuesday afternoon. She had her hair dramatically shortened and lightened. As she was leaving the paps asked her if blondes have more fun, which she said she thought so. They also asked her about the photos of what appears to be her smoking pot.
