Monday, July 4, 2011 - A man who was looking into the Malibu beach house of celebrity Paris Hilton was arrested Monday on suspicion of violating a judge's order to stay away from the hotel heiress, sheriff's deputies reported. James Rainford, 36, of Los Angeles, was taken into custody by deputies about 4:30 p.m. in the 21000 block of Pacific Coast Highway. He is being held in lieu of $20,000 bail. We spotted Paris taking photos from her balcony shortly before Rainford's arrest.
