Paris Loses Cell Phone And Walks Into Traffic At Voyeur On Halloween
October 31, 2009: We spotted Paris Hilton stopping traffic when she realized she lost her phone at Voyeur's Halloween party. Then accompanied by her friend dressed as a flasher, she got out of the car and walked into traffic headed back to the club, while Doug Reinhardt stayed in the car. A freak show of skeletons and photogs followed her as she took a walk on the wild side!
