January 11th, 2010: Phoebe Price and her mother were spotted having lunch Monday afternoon. Phoebe spoke with the photographer about her current projects as well as her mother's medical condition. After leaving the restaurant Phoebe showed us a disguise that her mother gave her for Christmas.
