Monday, October 5, 2009 - Gossip Girl star Taylor Momsen looks ill on the set of the hit CW show today. The teen collapsed onto the steps while shooting a scene in Central Park, then resumed texting on her phone and even shooting scenes. She took breaks in her directors chair, looking very sick.
