March 8, 2010: We spotted Victoria Beckham wearing a classy black mini-dress as she dined with friends at Bouchon French Bistro in Beverly Hills. Victoria announced earlier in the day that she would love to dress Michelle Obama, and by the way she was dressed herself at Bouchon, it definitely looks like she is ready for the job!
