May 8th, 2008: Phoebe Price denies claims made by the National Enquirer that she has a cellulite problem. She responds by saying that they are telling a, "complete and utter lie." Based on the video of her on the beach a couple of days ago, this might be the first time Phoebe Price has said something that I didn't think was a complete and utter lie. I don't think that cellulite is hers, either.
