X17 Xclusive - February 6, 2010: "Grey's Anatomy" sweetheart, Ellen Pompeo was not in a very good mood when we spotted her buying enough groceries to feed several families at Whole Foods Market today. As she walked to her car wearing her workout clothes, she said "I'm just not in the mood today." Despite the frown, the actress is looking pretty good after giving birth just four months ago.

February 5, 2010: We spotted recently divorced Kate Gosselin out on the town for the first time since her divorce from Jon. She dined with a mystery man at Butter Restaurant in NYC. Kate kept tight lipped when asked about Jon Gosselin allowing TLC to film their children if they agree to drop the lawsuit. After we spotted her, Kate headed to Spin New York social club.

February 5, 2010: We spotted La Toya Jackson dining at Crustacean Restaurant and she got fired up when asked about Dr. Conrad Murray delaying court proceedings. La Toya said, "They murdered my brother, and they know who they are... It's not just Dr. Murray, I promise you that... It's more people involved and they know exactly who they are, and I'm going to let you guys know exactly what's happening."

X17 Xclusive - February 5th, 2010: Ben Affleck was spotted at Chin Chin Restaurant Friday afternoon. The photographers followed him to his car and tried to talk to him, but Ben remained tight-lipped.

February 5th, 2010: Lisa Vanderpump 's Bentley was fished out by a tow truck driver Friday. The car was found near the bottom of the ravine where Charlie Sheen's car was also found. Lisa Vanderpump, who appeared on "Silk Stalkings" and "Baywatch Nights" and is slated to be on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, is married to Kenneth Todd and they own Villa Blanca. They live near Charlie Sheen's house in a gated community. The keys were not in the car, Lisa says. The car was parked in the driveway. Lisa reports they have surveillance footage of the crime.

X17 Xclusive - February 5th, 2010: Rachel Bilson and her mother were spotted on Bedford Friday afternoon. Rachel wore a jacket with a hood to protect herself from the rain. The photographers asked about her rumored pregnancy, but Rachel remained tight-lipped.
